No. This is a feasibility assessment based on photos and desk research. It's my professional opinion as someone who's renovated a derelict property. Always get a full structural survey from a qualified engineer before exchange.
What if I don't have good photos?
You need photos from your viewing — exterior, interior, roof, any obvious issues. If you only have the estate agent's 3 polished photos, this won't work. Go back for a second viewing with your camera.
Can you visit the site?
Yes — I offer site visits for properties in Meath, Dublin, and Kildare. €497 includes travel, 2-hour inspection, and comprehensive written report. Contact me to arrange.
What if I disagree with your assessment?
